Encompasses creating detailed 3D models using Revit, including generating RFI documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. You'll receive a dynamic model accessible from an internet browser, along with your Revit file, allowing seamless integration into your project workflow

Includes meticulous detailing of lift drawings sourced from readily available contract documents, accompanied by the creation of Isometric, Elevation, and Section views. We tag along as part of your team during the submittal process and provide a “for field use” package that translates layout dimensions from gridlines to control lines.

In addition to the lift drawings, our premium service entails thorough information gathering and coordination with other trades such as MEPs and structural steel to seamlessly integrate all elements into the lift drawing, resulting in a comprehensive as-built set (LOD 350).
